Nepal's AI-Native, Distributed Neocloud
Target: Private Equity & Institutional Funds
Slide 1
VajraCloudAI: Nepal's AI-Native, Distributed Neocloud · $5.0M Staged Equity Deployment
An AI-native, distributed compute layer orchestrated by VajraCore, delivered by leasing colocation space rather than building data centers, differentiated from Ncell's generic cloud and Bichuten's raw hyperscale colocation. Banking KYC/AML is our first proof-of-concept workload and go-to-market wedge.
Co-locate hardware inside existing telecom data centers: eliminate real estate risk, launch December 2026, reach cash-flow profitability by December 2028.

The F1 Racetrack vs. City Bus Analogy
AWS · Azure · Google Cloud
Public city buses: emails, websites, databases, file storage. Not built for high-speed AI.
VajraCloudAI
A dedicated Formula-1 racetrack: specialized AI supercomputer chips (GPUs) at maximum speed.
Slide 3
The Regulatory Opportunity
Nepal's 2025 Data Centre and Cloud Service Directive and NRB's draft AI guideline point toward in-country handling of financial and state data, real regulatory tailwind, though neither yet imposes an explicit, confirmed data-localization mandate. We treat this as directional, not a settled legal lock-in.
AWS, Google, and Microsoft have zero physical data centers in Nepal.
Banks, insurers, telcos, and state agencies face mounting regulatory and reputational pressure to keep sensitive AI workloads on-soil. Nepal now has several sovereign compute options (YetiCloud.ai, Ncell, Bichuten), but none offer AI-native, workload-specific orchestration: they're generic cloud or raw colocation. That's the gap our infrastructure fills, and banking compliance workloads are where that demand is most urgent right now.
Slide 4
Zero Real Estate Risk
PE Benefit: Eliminates construction risk, slashes upfront capex, accelerates time-to-revenue.
Slide 5
0.5 MW Initial Grid Capacity (Planned; Colocation Terms Not Yet Finalized)
Target B2B: Tier-1 commercial banks · telecom operators · insurance · government ministries
Slide 6
How much it costs to win a client vs. how much that client pays us over time
Slide 7
100% green hydroelectric power (business retail rate, Sept 2025)
Preliminary opex estimate: pending vendor & colocation quotes
Preliminary target margin: not yet modeled with GPU utilization, staffing, or support costs
Energy arbitrage: AI supercomputers consume vast power; Nepal's hydro advantage is a structural cost moat. Full unit economics (utilization, colocation, staffing, support) are still being built out.

| Category | Amount (USD) | What It Buys |
|---|---|---|
| Hard Assets (Compute & Storage) | $1,218,000 | 28 high-density server nodes (Supermicro/Gigabyte) |
| Software Stack & Orchestration | $350,000 | Enterprise cloud security, multi-tenant tools, management |
| Operational & Hydro Reserve | $1,400,000 | 24-month operational runway (~$10K/mo hydro/ops cap) |
| Future Expansion Reserve | $2,032,000 | Capitalized growth fund for Phase 2 expansion |
| Total Capital Allocation | $5,000,000 | Funds Phase 1 through cash-flow self-sufficiency |
Allocation is a current planning estimate, pending final vendor RFQ and colocation quotes.
Slide 9
Capital injections and dividend repatriation structured under FITTA and registered with Nepal Rastra Bank.
Enterprise contracts tied to USD pricing benchmarks to hedge NPR currency fluctuations.
Target Tier-3 telco facilities (colocation terms in discussion) · 24/7 physical security · redundant dual-power · complete hardware tenant isolation.
